Georgia Tech Facilities and Services

As a Language Institute student, you can take advantage of the many facilities available at one of the top research universities in the United States. In addition to our campus resources, Georgia Tech’s Midtown location enables you to take advantage of excellent restaurants, shopping centers and public transportation to other parts of Atlanta.

Georgia Tech Library
Home to more than 2.4 million books, bound periodicals and serials, 2.72 million technical reports, and more than 240 online databases, 29,000 electronic books and 39,000 e-journals, the library is open to students and Georgia Tech staff 24 hours a day Monday-Thursday. It is open from midnight to 6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and noon to midnight Sunday.

Campus Recreation Center
Whether working out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, climbing the rock wall, taking an aerobics class, or just lounging, the Campus Recreation Center has an activity for you!

Student Health Center
The Stamps Health Services is located in the Joseph Brown Whitehead Building and offers an Allergy /Immunization Clinic, Dental Clinic, Insurance Office, Laboratory/X-Ray, Medical Clinic, Pharmacy, Psychiatry services, and a Women's Clinic. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 2-5 p.m. for urgent care on Sundays during the fall and spring semesters. During the summer and between semesters, the center is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Transportation on Campus
Official campus signs, maps, and markings designate authorized parking areas and spaces. Demand for parking permits in most zones exceeds supply.
