General Policies
- Registrations canceled prior to the beginning of the session are subject to a cancellation fee. (See refund amount below)
- Refund requests may be submitted during the first two weeks of the session.
To request a refund you must bring the following to the Front Desk:
- The original receipt of payment
- The credit or debit card (or number) you used for your payment (if applicable)
- Your Georgia Tech Buzz Card
- A completed Refund Request Form (available at front desk)
- A completed Withdrawal Form (available at front desk)
You will need the following to complete the withdrawal form:
- Your last day of attendance
- The reason you are withdrawing
- Your address and contact information
- Teacher signatures
- Director or Associate Director signature
Note: If you are on an F-1 visa, you must depart the United States immediately after you withdraw from the program.

Midterm Evaluation
In the middle of the session, students are given a midterm evaluation report. This will let students know if they have academic and/or attendance problems.
